Nothing Lasts Forever

I am going to die–

Could be any day.

But I am pretty sure

It’s at least a minute away.

I’m gonna live like crazy,

Until that minute’s passed.

Then I’m gonna live the next one

As if that were my last.

So if in the next minute

Things don’t go so well

No matter how bad it is

It’s not eternity in Hell.
